Forgive Me..

A smile on my face,
Mourning deep in,
Happy at every base,
Sorrow buried deep within.

The mistake is mine,
Promise to stay forever was mine,
But I left you in the dust,
Breaking our bond and your trust.

Six months it has been,
But felt like eons to me,
The one to let you go was me,
Hence my life, destroyed it’s been.

Moving on was the plan of yours,
But I couldn’t come out of thoughts of yours,
But to you to be happy,
I thought to let my life be bumpy.

Now I am trying to move on,
Just for you,
Whatever might be the phenomenon,
That is me for you.

Sorry is what I am,
Trying to move on is what I am,
To FORGIVE me is what I ask,
Always be happy, that’s all I ask.

This is written for a friend who is guilty of his breakup.

When a decision is taken ,never take back, once you choose to do that, do it. Once done, it's done for good, why rethink about it and relive something which you don't like. Just do it. Just Live it.
